Notice of Receipt of the Certificate from the DNV GL Group Manufacturing Company

Amsterdam, 3 June 2016 – Vimetco N.V. (LSE: VICO, “The Company”), the global producer of primary and processed aluminium products notes the announcement of the Company's subsidiary, Henan Zhongfu Industry Co., Ltd ("Henan Zhongfu"), which is a listed Chinese holding company of the Company's main aluminium producing operations in China (Ticker: 600595, Abbreviated name: Zhongfu Industry, Announcement code: extraordinary 2016—067).
Henan Zhongfu has recently received from the DNV GL Group (a new manufacturing company, which was created as a result of a merger between two classification societies - Norwegian Det Norske Veritas and German Germanischer Lloyd) a certificate testifying that the company has manufacturing capabilities and conditions to process aluminium plates for the shipbuilding industry. The details of the Certificate are as follows:

2. Information of the Certificates obtained by Henan Zhongfu
As of now, Henan Zhongfu has already obtained the following certificates:
· Certificate for Quality Management System in production and service of automotive related products from the National Committee for Quality Assurance of the UK (NQA);
· The American Bureau of Shipping Certificate (ABS);
· The Lloyd’s Register Certificate, UK;
· China Classification Society Factory Certificate.
3. Significance for Henan Zhongfu
The above certificates for QMS in the automotive industry and classified societies’ certificates received so far reflect the company’s capability to produce plates for automotive industry and large size aluminium products for shipbuilding industry and show that the quality of the company’s processed aluminium products and its alloys comply with the requirements of the major certification authorities, including the National Committee for Quality Assurance of the UK (NQA), the DNV GL Group, the American Bureau of Shipping Certificate (ABS), the Lloyd’s Register Certificate, UK, the China Classification Society Factory Certificate (CCS).
